The Healing Process
For the healing process to take place, the number one attitude that is absolutely essential to understand is, that you have created this in some way. It is often as a result of some emotional issue that has not been addressed. In many instances it is understandable that the person has no idea how that was, or what lead to it. That is fine, but there must be a willingness to say: “I am willing to take full responsibility in finding my part in it, to resolve it and to heal it”. Full healing can then take place and normality flows quite naturally from it. When we are able to get to this point by ourselves we can heal ourselves easily. This is commonly called “taking full responsibility for our own illness”. Those who develop a fighting spirit, mental resilience and vigour and who do not reject themselves, appear to have a greater healing potential. Even though this may seem unattainable to some, it is absolutely possible for every person who is willing, to heal. It is a choice!
The second major component is that one must accept the principle that our emotions have the same priority in our acceptance of ourselves, as does say a leg for instance. If we had to break a leg and have it treated, we would have to go to extraordinary lengths to accommodate it, such as going to hospital to have it set and the allow for a waiting period for it to get better before anything else happens. Next come the questions: how do we function, get around or bath. The same must go for our feelings. Our feelings are the ones that drive us to do many things that we may not otherwise do. When we do these things, is it because we are trying to protect ourselves; are just trying to survive; or what is it that we are doing? It is essential to give our feelings the same consideration and space, as any other part of us.
Of course it is essential to strengthen the functioning of the immune system, which also means strengthening the will or the desire to get better. It means finding what is meaningful, looking deeper to discover the real purpose of life, what it is that would make us happier and what needs to happen to make the world a better place for us.
The healing process therefore means going back and finding out what happened that killed of one’s sense of enjoying life, of being here, of fulfilling ones purpose in life – which is to grow, experiment and develop ourselves fully by doing what it is that we really enjoy doing. Once we have achieved that for ourselves, then we can share it with a partner and the world in a joyous and self-feeding way.
There is a journey in healing a serious illness. This is the same for any disease. The journey always has ups and downs along the way. These dips in the journey are to facilitate a learning process to take place within oneself, to gain deeper insights, to discover what it is that we have missed, how we have put ourselves down, how we have isolated ourselves and most importantly, what it is that we have cost ourselves in terms of life, love, joy, fun, being here, laughter, independence, interdependence, growth, self-discovery, etc., etc. If we make our journey conscious within ourselves, the journey is always rewarding and enlightening and a new perspective on life is then continually the final outcome.
In our experience, the discovery of the cost for the illness sufferer has always been huge and never worth it. Once their purpose in life, the roles in dynamics are discovered and a way out is found, then suddenly it dawns on the sufferer how to heal themselves. When this discovery is made, the illness sufferer normally just wants to move on from it and sort matters out. This is when magic can happen both emotionally and physically.
Please note that all of the above does not fit 100% to each and every illness sufferer. There are large parts of the above that fits most illness sufferers. It is also to note that the above is certainly not a complete list of potential problems. Each of us is unique and it is up to you to find your way and then work with it. In that you will find your own healing!
Some basics on the healing of illness
It must be accepted that energy healing can bring about relief. This however is not the full picture. We need to support our bodies by eating correctly and by having reasonable degree of exercise. We also need to take some supportive supplements, such as anti-oxidants, multi-vitamins, etc. We strongly suggest natural herbal products and nothing of a synthetic nature (unless absolutely necessary).
Our emotional health is also very important and it ranks on a par with our physical health. When you have found that something is not working or there are reactions to events that are not warranted, then it means that something is not right. Please go and check it out in the same way that you would go to the doctor for an illness. It is not that there is anything WRONG with you, but rather that you wish to be a better functioning human being, and you wish to understand why it is that you react this way, and not in a much healthier way.
Energies of the body
For our long term growth and full understanding we all need to start to learn about the body’s energy system and how to work with it. We need to understand how the energy system works on a psychological basis and a physical basis. Once you have insight and understanding of it, then you will start to conduct your life differently and actively work with it. This may result, within a very short period of time that your life will start to change fundamentally for the better.
It is however not necessary to understand it before you can solve your emotional and or health problems. Having knowledge of it will contribute to your healing in a big way. However, it is important to know that if you don't heal the underlying emotional problem to your physical problem and you just seek energy or medical healing, the disease will in all probability come back, either in the same form or in another for this is how the energy bodies work. Disease is not meant to put you down or make you suffer but is meant to get you to understand the underlying emotional issues and get you to address them. When you do this then healing is rapid. Spontaneous healing is just this.
Like everything on the planet, the partners we choose, the work environment we choose, the friends we choose and the disease we choose is designed to get us to grow and to become the best fully developed person that we can and to live a wonderful happy and fruitful life. This is all possible if we choose to do something about it, rather than be subjected to it forcefully by pushing us into growing.
The Messages from the Body to You - What do they mean?
The Body sends messages to us when sick or in pain saying: "I am in pain, suffering etc. Will you please listen and help". The interesting thing about aches and pains in the body is that they are always in the right place and clearly reflecting their messages to us. If we would but only see! All we have to do is listen and when we do, we will heal it and we will be free of the pain and dis-ease!

- We explain how we all work and the connection between the emotional / mental patterns and the physical body and the nature of disease.
- We then go through the discovering of your own personal process in manifesting the disease.
- After that we focus on bringing about resolution in your emotional and/or mental body and bring it into a state of well-being.
- You are then ready to receive healing in the way that you require it to restore you to health or increase the quality of life with your disease. In most cases normal health returns, however, it does happen that a person may have chosen this disease as a life purpose in order to overcome something within themselves. In these instances, the best we can do is to increase the quality of life. The benefit here is that the emotional and/or mental issues have at least been looked at, which are of utmost importance.
